Call-out included

Up to 50 km from Springbrook, then $1.00/km

7 days a week

Same rates on weekends, excluding public holidays

Prices include GST. Parts and Starlink hardware are extra and always quoted first.

Payment terms

How payment works

A 50% deposit is required before work can commence, with the balance due on completion.
Hardware and parts are paid for before they're ordered.
On-site and remote jobs are paid on the day by card or bank transfer.
Console repairs: $49 diagnosis paid at drop-off; repaired consoles are released once paid.
Business invoices are due within 7 days.
All work is quoted and approved before we start.
